She believes agility, active listening and a laser-focus on customer needs are the key ingredients to exceptional digital teams and experiences. Katrina is a graduate of Dana College and holds a Master of Science in New Media from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School. She lives in Seattle with her husband and two dogs.
